Purpose of the development: Air separator ASO (АСО) is designed to separate particles differing in size speed. Typically, cages of similar design is used when necessary to ensure high efficiency and clarity of separation, for example for separation of products flaky cereal crops, control of finished products, husk, etc.

Recommended application field: Agriculture.

The charging device evenly distributes the product before it enters the separation zone that provides optimal separation process of the product.

Description of the development:

Original product comes in pneumatic separating feed air separator, which is blown upward flow of air created by a diametrical fan. The purified product is removed from the machine by gravity. Light impurities trapped air are separated in the sediment chamber and displayed using the rotary valves and the air is fed into pneumatic separating channel for future use.
