Centrifugal Peeler SHCO-1 operates as follows. Grain that is to be processed moves from the operational grain tank of the technological line through the opening of the valves into the gravity flow of the working chamber. Further, the grain enters the hammer disc and then it is processed by the centrifugal forces. Due to the intense clash of grains against the shellring the grain is separated from the shells. The important advantage of the centrifugal peeler SHCO-1 is the fact that the shell ring has its own drive, thanks to which it moves to the side opposite to the disk movement. In such way the effectiveness of hulling process is increasing, and the service life of the shell ring is extending. After the working chamber grain enters outlet funnel, where with the help of the aspiration it is blown by the air. Processed in this way grain enters the staff workshop communication of the pneumatic or gravity transport for the following operations according to the technological scheme of the workshop.
