THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF CLIMATOLOGICAL OPTIMAL STRATEGY OF WATER MANAGEMENT AND RECLAMATION OF THE OBJECT AS COMPLEX NATURAL-TECHNOGENIC SYSTEM

Development of theoretical foundations, development of methods for the calculation of problem-oriented models of the Climate optimal strategy of management of water-reclamation facilities to improve their overall environmental and economic performance at different levels of decision-making.

Use of a variant of development and economic-mathematical approach to the specific natural conditions agromeliorative functioning of actual water-reclamation facilities can improve the validity of the design decisions and the effectiveness of capital investments and ongoing reclamation costs on average 1,2..2,0 times.
Description of the development:
() In this paper, the basis to solve the problem of water management and reclamation facilities in the ecological and economic basis, taking into account the climatic conditions put the development of climate scenarios, but in our case - is the development of standard schemes of weather conditions using appropriate models. The results are based on the latest achievements of natural sciences and engineering, on the principles of wide application of high information and computer technology using the principles of the system analysis.
