The new technology of sintering waste coal and peat without additional binders and established industrial plant cold sintering fuel HOT 31 with a three-stage internal mixing. The technology with elements of "know-how" are adgeziyno-chemical processes in the visco-plastic systems formed by fine particles of coal mining, which themselves cause astringent properties. using these properties of the composite can be made of fuel: - Culm; - Carboniferous sludge; - Brown coal; - Turf; - Solid waste fuels; - Different combinations of these wastes. Agglomerates has high heat power fuels and physico-mechanical properties, in particular, a sufficient mechanical strength, water resistance, heat resistance. Layer of the fuel combustion has good permeability, which ensures complete combustion efficiency even at relatively high sintering zolnosti.Tehnologiya not energy intensive. Per ton of finished products consumed up to 35 kWh based on drying. The cost price of redistribution is 35-40 UAH. / T. The finished product has the form of cylindrical rods with a diameter of 30 mm and a length of 50-200 mm. pieces, even in the raw state have sufficient strength and do not stick to each other. Drying is carried out by mechanical ventilation for 1 hour, or under conditions of natural ventilation for 2-3 days.
