Drawing the new designs of rubber ropes (RTC) for the first time in Ukraine was designed and commissioned the production line for the production of RTC. Of rubber ropes represent a system of 2-26 galvanized wire rope diameter of 4.2 - 18.0 mm zapresovannyh in rubber. The weight of one meter ropes 0,5-17,6 kg, width 400 mm, thickness 38 mm. The ropes are made of up to 2000 m. The lifetime of new ropes 10-15 years. On coal and ore mines in Ukraine now operates about 4,000 tons of counterbalancing ropes. Large number of them are buying abroad (Poland, Hungary, Germany). Technological line of rubber ropes can provide not only Ukraine, but also in the CIS countries. Since 1994, the RTC to operate a new generation of the deepest mines (up to 1500 m) and large hoisting units of "Krivoy Rog iron ore," RAO "Norilsknikel" Corporation "Kazakhmys", "Belaruskali" ON "Pavlogradugol" and others. Operating experience RTK suggests their high reliability and efficiency. Using RTK allows to significantly reduce the cost of foreign exchange for the acquisition of mines counterbalancing ropes, as well as to increase the depth of the boundary of operation multirope lifting equipment.
