Technical and economic effect: The basis of a useful 'model, is the task of improving the device for the manufacture of high-density powder products from metal chips, by the fact that the output channel of the device is made of alternating sections with a punch located in it, that will produce chips of semi-finished products with high mechanical properties

Research team "Special methods of plastic deformation" in the department "Equipment for metal forming" VNU them. Dal and the Institute of Forming (INOP), Poland since 1995, developed advanced production technology of complex parts from metal powders. Prepared by these technologies are characterized by high density parts (7.65 - 7.7 g / cm. cubic.), high dimensional accuracy in accordance with ISO 2768, controlled high mechanical and performance properties. There is a Polish PCT patent № RST/PL00/00098 "A method for producing pressed parts," european patent № EP 1246950 B1 "Sintered powder steel."
