Purpose of the development: Gluten - a complex of proteins capable of swelling in water to form a coherent elastic mass. Gluten deformation meter GDM-7 is designed to determine the quality of the gluten of wheat and wheat flour GOST - 27830-88 / GOST 13586.1-68 by measuring its elastic-elastic properties. When exposed to gluten sample for 30 seconds, the device determines its ability to resist deformation load compression and expresses the result in terms of the GDM with an accuracy of 0.5 arbitrary units DCO.

Recommended application field: Determination of the quality of different grains.

Technical and economic effect: To reduce energy consumption in the event of prolonged downtime the device automatically goes into "sleep mode" to turn off lights and lowering calibrated load. To derive from "sleep" or to turn it on manually, press the "Parking".
