This unit provides the DC supply for the electromagnet and the automatic demagnetization cycle. During operation the availability of the electromagnet circuit is checked. If the electromagnet voltage is lost, the corresponding discrete output, which can be used for the emergency shutdown of the equipment is switched off. The automatic demagnetization cycle feeds the coil with flowing currents of low frequency and provides almost complete demagnetization of the electromagnet and details. The unit includes the parameters regulators of the demagnetization cycle that allows you to adjust it for the specific use. The device is implemented on a modern element base with the microcontroller and the power converter on IGBT transistors, which ensures reliability and durability. The device has a protection system with a fault indication LED. When protection is activated, the output relay discrete outputs "Ready" and "Work" intended for the inclusion of the equipment in the wiring diagram and its emergency shutdown are opened. The device is physically designed as a unit and is intended for installation in electrical cabinets.
