DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGN AND EXPERIMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES OF MANUFACTURE OF A THIN LITHIUM-ION BATTERY


Advantages over analogues: In developing the technology of lithium-ion battery, the experience of the authors of the project on the development of primary lithium batteries of different sources and systems. Lithium-ion batteries have appeared on the market of chemical current sources in the late twentieth century and created a real revolution in the industry. In recent years, the market power supplies lithium-ion power sources are absolute leaders in energy supply as a new home "intellectual" equipment (portable computers, mobile phones, camcorders, digital cameras, etc.) As well as industrial, transportation, military and space objects. The increased interest around the world to a new type of lithium chemical power sources - lithium-ion batteries - from researchers, developers, manufacturers, and constantly growing, primarily as a consequence of their high energy density, low samorozryadu, more resources, compactness, mechanical fortress, security in comparison with the current sources on the basis of conventional systems. Lithium-ion batteries (LIB), with significant advantages primary lithium systems, at the same time differ significantly greater use of the term due to the possibility of periodic charge.

When using the project on the basis of the synthesized materials, the technology of fabrication of the electrode structure and assembly of the battery. This takes into account the structure of the redistribution of the components in the electrodes during cycling of the battery. Especially lithium-ion battery is the need of its specific charge before starting work. Due to the fact that the first cycle charge capacity of the anode is significantly higher during further cycling capacity, problems arise from the material balance optimitizatsiey LIA. Optimization of battery material balance is carried out taking into account features cycling oxide cathode and a graphite intercalation anode. Due to the long period of trials required to obtain performance during cycling lithium-ion batteries, the work will be carried out series-parallel way, to save time for the implementation and organization of research production LIA. Development and implementation of its own production technology of lithium-ion batteries based on Ukrainian material is significant example of the progress and significant contribution to the development of national industry of Ukraine, reducing its energy dependence on dugih countries.
