The dilatometer is used for measuring the change in linear dimensions and determination of the coefficients of linear thermal expansion of solids.

Solid state physics, mechanics, physics of phase transitions.

- sample size: height 0.5-15 mm;
- operating temperature range: from -190 ° C up to 80 ° C and 20 ° C to 1000 ° C;
- speed of temperature change: 0.1-5 ° C / min;
- the accuracy of the stabilization of the temperatures: 0.05 ° C;
- temperature measurement accuracy: 0.01 ° C;
- the accuracy of the measurement of the relative linear expansion: ~ 10 -6 degrees;
