Purpose of the development: CEREAL SAN - a compact device that is used for disinfection of grain. His strength, flexibility and ease of use makes it the ideal equipment for use in extreme conditions. Its distribution system, with pressure gauge attached to the pump can use up to three lines of spray.

Recommended application field: Use only for a straight grain disinfection.

Technical characteristic: TSEREAL-SAN is made from a plastic tank with a capacity of 100 liters a vertical cylindrical shape with a flat bottom. Mounted tank active electronic system, which comprises: - single-phase motor 230 x 50 Hz IP 55; - a suction hose with a check valve, the pump; - pump with magnetic drive and a manual bypass; - manometer. The equipment has a distribution system, with pressure gauge attached to a pump which consists of 4 outlet taps: - 3 faucet for circular lines, one of which can be used to input hand sprayer (optional); - 1 for controlling the pressure tap system using a micrometer screw. Equipment product may be equipped with level control in the tank (optional) to lock the pump when the drug ends.

Ingredients: - spray head (nozzle, empty cone) type TX; - manual spray gun; - audio or visual signal indicating completion of preparation in the tank); - a flowmeter for warning stopping the drug supply (composed of 1 control device with two switches which electrically feeds the pumping system: Green enables or disables flowmeter red signals if the liquid does not pass, also has a reset button).
