MPTO - MICROPLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS


Purpose of the development: New MicroPlate Heat Exchangers are designed for use in chillers, heat pumps and a variety of refrigeration systems. New unique patented form of plates provides improved heat transfer characteristics up to 15% and reduced internal volume of the heat exchanger charging.

Recommended application field: - chillers; - heat pumps and other refrigeration applications: evaporators, condensers, recuperators, subcoolers, economizers, oil coolers.

Technical characteristic: Side 1: R410A; Evaporation temperature = 2 ° C; Superheat = 5 K. Side 2: Water; Inlet temperature = 12 ° C; Outlet temperature = 7 ° C; Pressure drop = 50 kPa.

Advantages over analogues: - the dependence of the heat exchanger cost of metal prices, reduced by a new type of plates; - reduced internal volume of refrigerant charge reduces the cost of the refrigeration system and the harmful impact on the environment; - reinforced the junction plates ensure stability and long service life of the heat exchanger; - the reduced pressure drop allows use of smaller capacity pumps, which in turn reduces the energy costs and operating costs; - innovative design allows you to create plate heat exchangers, optimized for different applications; - universal Combo connections (thread / soldering).
