Purpose of the development: Ozonation systems Stream Ozone used for water ozonation on filling lines, in swimming pools, for other needs of industrial enterprises.

Recommended application field: Water treatment, water purification.

Technical characteristic: Ozone Production: ozonation units from 2 to 150 g O3 / h. Water Capacity: 2 m2 / hr. Power: 0.5-5 kW. Working gas: dry air. Cooling: air.

Advantages over analogues: - combating biofouling nozzles with drip irrigation, - the destruction of viruses, bacteria and fungi in the greenhouse atmosphere, - disinfection of all surfaces in a greenhouse, - the fight against pathogenic microorganisms in the soil.

The principle of operation is based on a mixed system of circulating water with ozone air mixture obtained in ozonizers OzW. To ensure effective mixing and the required contact time is provided as a part of the contact chamber systems with an ejection unit. Water is supplied to the ejection unit by a pump. To ensure safe operation, the systems are equipped with drop catchers, hydraulic locks, sinks residual ozone. Elements of the system are made of materials resistant to ozone.
