Purpose of the development: Ozonation systems for swimming pools intended for water disinfection.

Recommended application field: Disinfection of treated water before methylation (addition to or instead of the UV treatment), washing packaging and bottling water systems, water ozonation prior to mechanical cleaning, bottled water with ozone.

Advantages over analogues: - does not require storage and delivery, cause on-site for its use; - ozone removes unpleasant tastes in the water; - ozone eliminates odors in the water; - ozone does not form toxic byproducts; - ozonation gives clear water; - ozonation does not change the mineral water indicators.

The principle of operation is based on a mixed system of circulating water with ozone mixture produced in the ozonizer. To ensure effective mixing and the desired contact time in the system is provided with an ejection chamber contact node. Water is supplied to the ejection unit by a pump. To ensure safe operation, the module is equipped with a drop catchers, hydraulic lock, residual ozone scavenger. The main elements of the module are made of materials resistant to ozone. Water ozonization may be carried out before filtration after filtration and before feeding the treated water to the pool. Most effective is the ozonation of water before filtration. Ozonation system operates in conjunction with the automatic pool filtration system. For the rehabilitation of the pool, it is recommended to provide post-ozonation node to enter the ozone directly into the bowl of the pool. Ozone Sanitation bowl can significantly reduce (in the flesh to completely eliminate) the need for shock chlorination of the water in the pool. Ozonation of water in swimming pools is the most efficient and environmentally friendly method of water disinfection.
