Description of the development: () The cell consists of a ultra-high-capacity body is placed in the cathode and anode of lithium separated by a separator with an aprotic electrolyte solution. In contrast to the known technological approaches in this project cathode is made of energy generating nanosized particles of titanium dioxide, doped silicon. This allowed for a certain kind of energy topology of impurity states, as a result of which it became possible to 1/20 of the current theoretical limit specific capacity (relative to lithium electrochemical equivalent) to increase to at least 0.7-0.9. The resulting energy density of the active material was of the order of 6 kWh / kg. Galvanic elements allow serial or parallel connection in their batteries.
