Purpose of the development: Conversion of light energy into electrical energy and ensuring the smooth operation of portable electronic devices at random as the light level on the road, and in a stationary position.

Advantages over analogues: Today, these sources of food and products with them in Ukraine and Eastern Europe are not made. Due to the flexibility (> 25%) the main components of the autonomous power supply, they can be installed on various textile and similar products (such as: handbags, clothing, umbrellas, tents, etc.), easily packed, transported and easy to handle. A significant advantage is the ability to provide energy in a wide range of light conditions (from 5% to 100%) due to the greater energy efficiency of selection. In addition, the selection of energy efficient solar cells allows reducing the overall system. At present, solar cells, and more efficient energy extraction are the most valuable component of these power sources to reduce their number without reducing the amount of energy produced.

The proposed organization of production of autonomous power sources on flexible elements working on solar energy and ensuring the smooth operation of portable electronic devices at an arbitrary level of illumination, as well as products (bags, clothing, umbrellas, etc.), which established such independent sources of power. The developed method for generating electricity using the photoelectric converter lies in the fact that electric power obtained by using the solar battery, accumulate via 0.01-100 F capacitor internal resistance less than 0.15 ohm, which is charged to a voltage corresponding to the maximum solar power batteries. The accumulated electric power is supplied via the DC-DC converter with pulse width modulation to the load or the battery in the form of pulses with an energy of 1-10 J is 5 degrees.
