PROCESS COMPUTER MODEL OF THE NATURAL STONE BLOCKS DIAMOND-WIRE SAWING


Purpose of the development: Development refers to computer programs that can be used to simulate the process of separation of natural stone monoliths from an array using the diamond cable systems for research and forecasting results. Using the computer program allows to estimate the time and tools to develop deposits, which makes it possible to optimize the conduct of mining operations and a positive impact on the economics of mining enterprises.

Recommended application field: A computer program can be implemented on all mining enterprises engaged in production of facing natural stone blocks. Development results are introduced to one of the enterprises of Ukraine, as well as in the educational process at the department of development of mineral deposits.

Advantages over analogues: The advantages of the new computer program is the use of a discrete model, there is no need solid geometric rope and block modeling, acceptable accuracy of the calculations. The proposed program has exact counterparts and much easier to use than the software systems that enable you to flexible modeling systems, and can be successfully implemented in the domestic industry, as well as abroad.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The proposed technology reduces the complexity of the simulation model preparation rope diamond cutting process and the results of simulations to evaluate the necessary time, the degree of wear of the working tool, to determine the duration of natural stone cutting steps using diamond wire.

Description of the development:

The formulation of the task of calculation of technological parameters of the process of sawing natural stone diamond wire and graphical results in real time, based on data on the strength characteristics of rock mode, technological parameters of the working tools and equipment. The essence of the design is to use a discrete mathematical model of the diamond wire, ensuring the accuracy of the results obtained not less than 87%. The program code is written using Object Pascal programming language high object-oriented level in Borland Delphi programming environment 7. The program has the IDE interface developed for the Win32 platform and does not require significant computing resources. This allows its use on personal computers running Windows 98/2000 / XP / 7 operating system. The product is ready for use, confirmed the accuracy of the results. It should be the creation of an English translation of the interface when prompted.
