HIGHLY EFFECTIVE JET - NICHE FUEL COMBUSTION TECHNOLOGY


Purpose of the development: The technology is aimed at the development, mass production and introduction of certified energy-efficient jet-niche burners (CIS).

Recommended application field: Modernization of heating systems, open-hearth furnaces, heating equipment alcohol and sugar mills, factories of building materials, stoves and dryers in different industries.

Technical characteristic: Operating capacity of the CIS-21 - CIS-88 - 0.05-40 MW; The number of sizes - 80 pcs .; The range of variation in the excess air ratio SU - 1.01 - 20; Operating pressure in the burner gas - 10 - 30000 Pa; The level of emission of harmful emissions: Carbon monoxide CO <50 mg / m3; Nitrogen oxides Nox <160 mg / m3

Advantages over analogues: Jet-niche technology is implemented in the State of the CIS, provides: - Intense, persistent burning torch with a short pressure variations in the gas network; - Work stand at light loads with a minimum pressure drop on the gas burner ports (up to 100 mm water column); - Work in a wide range of gas pressure (5-2000 mm water column); - Optimum coefficient of excess air in the gas apparatus in a wide range of loads; - Reduced cost of heat from gases that waste; - Increase the efficiency of State to 99.99%; - Improved environmental performance; - Regulatory factor working kp> 20; - No overheating of the burner elements TU and destruction of the lining of fuel embrasures; - Uniform distribution of temperature field of combustion products in topkovom expanse; - Soft start TU, starting with 1.3% power; - The true cost reduction gas and electric energy. Jet-fuel combustion technology niche, with the management structure of the jet fuel and oxidant, based on a uniform distribution of gas in the air stream (without involving twisting flow) to form a counter vortex structure that provides a mixture formation and stabilization of combustion-cooled burner module. In the jet-niche system in a wide range of factors regime implemented resistant and easy to operate with vortex structure temple intensity of turbulence flow of fuel, oxidizer and areas of reverse streams that provide high-quality fuel mixture formation with the required level of concentration for combustion and reliable aerodynamic stabilization of combustion. Volume vortices several orders of magnitude smaller than in conventional vortex burner units (SU), and therefore their influence on the ripple in the furnace toplivnoispolzuemoe unit (TU) and the erosive effect on the recess, and others.
