METHOD FOR PRODUCING SPECIFIED ROUGHNESS OF THE MACHINED TREATED PRODUCT SURFACE WITH THE GAS-THERMAL SPRAYING COATINGS


Purpose of the development: Development can be used in technologies of machining of products from thermal spraying coatings.

Recommended application field: The development is in the field of mechanical engineering.

Advantages over analogues: The developed method allows the working surface of the articles coated with the thermal spraying process of cutting in a single pass and to form them in a layer with a stable extreme (best) values roughness parameters to obtain a predetermined surface roughness value.

The essence of the design is to provide a method of producing a predetermined roughness processed cutting surfaces of products with thermal spraying coating, characterized in that the treated reference sample, removing the coating by the number of passes, which is equal to the quotient of the quantity of coating thickness by the amount of cutting depth, which is selected minimum possible for equipment used in processing and the multiple of the thickness of the coating. After each pass, the machined surface roughness was measured. Then calculated the amount of the allowance, which when removing the smallest surface finish was obtained. Take this allowance for the processing of the coating thickness. Next, determine the dependence of the roughness of the machined surface of the cutting speed and feed through additional standard multivariate experiment to machining in one pass with the same tool cutting depth, equal to the allowance received by changing the cutting speed and feed, similar to the reference sample. Then, substituting the resulting dependence of the roughness given and received feed and cutting speed are correspondingly cutting speed and feed, compliance with which will provide the specified roughness when machining in one pass surfaces of products with thermal spraying coatings of this thickness. EFFECT: obtaining a given roughness processed by cutting in a single pass surfaces of products of thermal spraying coatings. The technique of technological operations, measurements and calculations of technological parameters. Developed reference sample processing circuit measuring the roughness of the processed surfaces, machining a single pass of the reference sample. Development of a method for producing a predetermined roughness of processed products with cutting surfaces of thermal spraying coatings completed. Its results are implemented in the educational process at the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
