Purpose of the development: The new system provides easy access to the clean rooms and controlled environments thanks to its compact size and low weight. Flexible configuration allows measurement of up to 40 channels on a single module. A large amount of built-in memory stores up to 10 complete cycles of validation tests.

The module is equipped with interchangeable system slots to connect the sensors to 12 channels of thermocouple or analog-to-digital inputs. Sensors can be grouped for the online processing of statistical data. Sealed intelligent USB-connector sensors provides traceability and easy replacement. Element PT1000 cold junction temperature compensation built into every USB-connector. The connector also stores data factory and user calibration, greatly simplifying the process of pre- and post calibration.
