Purpose of the development: The main problem to be solved by the project aims is to monitor, research and quantitative prediction of the spread of contamination in the environment.

Recommended application field: Organization of environmental protection; Businesses in the field of geophysics, agriculture, technogenic and ecological safety.

Advantages over analogues: Currently, there are no effective methods of security evaluation of groundwater from surface contamination and mathematical models of experimentally observed features of the process spread in the soil.

In recent decades have accumulated high levels of contamination of the earth surface, is ten times greater than the maximum allowable, as a rule, within the direct dumping of toxic waste, which were built without special impervious barriers. The main objectives of the project: the construction of the model output relations of a mathematical model of mechanical impurity diffusion thermal hetero substance one chemical grade in two ways in the presence of traps in one of them for the continual-thermodynamic approach; construction of simplified models with effective mass transfer characteristics, based on the provisions of the thermodynamic and physical assumptions about the intensity of local processes of change in the state of impurity particles; construction of heterogeneous models of pollution transport in heterogeneous environments consisting of multi-scale elements; study patterns of vertical migration of the pollutant in the soil, which is described with a variety of options, and a comparative analysis; software development. Developed software packages CMM_Pack, IAPMM_Pack based on .NET Framework 3.5, designed to determine the concentration of toxic pollution in the soil layer, the mass flow and the amount of material that for a certain period of time has reached a predetermined depth. The use of this package allows you to find quantitative estimates of the concentration of toxic substances as a result of surface contamination and the level of groundwater protection according to ground-based measurements. This package meets the requirements of modern software has a user friendly and intuitive interface.
