Advantages over analogues: Bell baths are the most economical to the electrolyte flow and provide the rapid imposition of the desired coating layer. However, the main advantage of this installation is not the economy, and the ability to monitor the coating process. Easy loading and unloading of parts made such equipment is necessary only in industrial plants. Using data from bell bath, there is no need for transfusion electrolyte during discharge products. Bell has a bath attached to the bottom of the contacts, where parts are placed. Spinning in the bell, they roll and touch the contacts. Bath is equipped with ventilation hoods for sucking fumes. Bell installation thanks to the material used has a high mechanical resistance and low thermal conductivity, and hence - durability use.
