Metallization printed circuit boards holes includes pretreating workpieces printed circuit boards in water and its chemical plating, washing, heat treatment. In order to obtain a thin conductive layer, using a chemical copper plating or "direct metallization". Metallization is carried out as follows: printed circuit boards surface is degreased and washed with drilled billet is treated by immersion in a solution of a phosphorus-containing salt, and copper.
