Printed circuit boards are usually made of foil material, which already has a conductive layer. From the quality of the implementation of printed circuit boards depends on the subsequent reliability of the product. Studies show that long-term quality is defined by a uniform copper deposited in the hole. Metallization printed circuit boards holes includes pretreating workpieces printed circuit boards in water and its chemical plating, washing, heat treatment. In order to obtain a thin conductive layer, using a chemical copper plating or "direct metallization". Metallization is carried out as follows: printed circuit boards surface is degreased and washed with drilled billet is treated by immersion in a solution of a phosphorus-containing salt, and copper. During the plating treatment is carried out cathodic current density of 0.8-1.0 A / dm 2.
