The aft manufactured using microbial preservatives, increased lactic acid, B vitamins, carotene, increasing the amount of amylolytic and cellulolytic microorganisms, the protein content compared to the control increased by 26-38%. It inhibits the growth of spoilage bacteria and butyric acid.
