Barley Parliament entered in the Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine in 2010 for cultivation in forest-steppe zone of Polesie and Ukraine. Mid-grade, the vegetation period - 95-105 days. It has an elongated development phase of booting to the ejection of panicle. Stem height of 90-140 cm, of medium thickness, resistant to lodging, good leafy, it has a wide sheet. Before the start of the ejection of panicle yield of green mass in the experiments was 500-800 kg / ha. The competitive strain testing varieties yield was 60-70 kg / ha of green mass of 550-600 kg / ha. The quality of grain grade complies with valuable varieties.
