Advantages over analogues: The complex wastewater electroplating has several advantages: a simple flow diagram of the operation of equipment, ease of automation of its work, the reduction of the production areas for placement of sewage treatment plants, the possibility of wastewater treatment without dilution, reduced salinity and reducing sludge volume produced in the purification process.

Wastewater treatment is carried out to the level of maximum permissible concentrations of heavy metals and their compounds in the wastewater. The complex is designed to work with one or several galvanic lines and includes the following equipment: - capacity-collections of acid-base and chromium-containing effluent; - capacity-collections concentrated solutions; - reactors, chemical treatment of the water; - the preparation units and dosing of reagents; - capacity-sedimentation separation sludge; - filter press sludge dewatering; - ion-exchange plant post-treatment water; - complex management system; - the system returning the effluent to be reused for washing operations.
