Computerized stress analyzer structure and ferromagnetic materials through the use of magnetic Barkhausen effect. Introscan Analyzer allows: - monitoring of residual and applied stresses; - control of surface plastic deformation; - determination of thickness of hardened layer; - construction of diagrams of residual stresses in depth; - evaluation of the stress in the surface layers; - control of thickness, width and profile of the transition zone of the surface layers, hardened laser, plasma and other types of treatments; - sdentification and control of burn marks; - control the hardness of carbon and alloy steels; - calibration under uniaxial and biaxial states of stress; - control of biaxial stress state with four-parameter diagrams and special techniques.
