TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

INFORMATION-ANALYTICAL SYSTEM HOLOGRAPHIC NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING


Purpose of the development: Empowering interferometric control technology by expanding the amount of information obtained in the course of control, and improve the reliability of testing results.

Recommended application field: Rocket and Space; aviation; mechanical engineering; energy; medical equipment.

Advantages over analogues: The information-analytical system, holographic nondestructive monitoring to determine the stress-strain state of the shell construction uses new algorithms for digital recording and processing of interferometric measurements with high demands on accuracy and reliability of test results. Unlike existing, this system is based on the integrated use of these interferometric measurements and equations of the theory of elasticity. This approach compared to the analogs can reduce the amount of experimental data required to calculate the stress-strain state, and makes it possible to improve control performance. Determination of physico-mechanical properties of construction materials, in particular linear thermal expansion coefficient, with this development might even thermostable materials such as carbon-carbon composites.

Description of the development:

Use of this development allows for the following tasks: - automatic determination of parameters of defects (shape, area, depth) for their various types (discontinuities in the form nepropaya, lack of fusion, disbonds, not connected or defect filler in the form of tears, sagging, buckling) in multi-shell structure; - evaluation of the stress-strain state-controlled shell structures using methods of holographic and speckle interferometry; - determination of physical and mechanical properties of materials and structures; - the frequency characteristics of the product analysis; - enabling the prediction of the behavior of structures, taking into account the results of monitoring and ensuring their structural and engineering optimization; - the use of digital tools for entering input information into the computer.
