TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

FUNCTIONAL FOOD AS PREVENTIVE REMEDIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF BRAIN FUNCTION


Purpose of the development: Justification of the molecular and biochemical bases of neurodegenerative processes in the conditions of stress-induced cardiomyopathy, search cardio- and neuroprotective agents to prevent cognitive impairment, biochemical rationale for the use of functional foods.

Recommended application field: Medical, preventive and therapeutic use of neuroprotective agents. Dietetics, functional food (children, geriatric and rehabilitation).

Technical characteristic: The specificity and affinity of the antisera obtained were characterized by immunological and immunochemical methods. A test system for determining the number of glial fibrillary acidic protein, and myelin basic protein (sensitivity of 3 to 100 ug in 0.1 ml, the volume of the analytical sample 250 .mu.l). The test system was developed in accordance with the requirements of rapid methods (deadline for the entire analysis protocol is 3 hours).

Advantages over analogues: The competitive advantage is that developed by the sponsors of an integrated approach, which is to analyze the performance behavioral and cognitive processes, oxidative stress, as well as the content and composition of neurospecifical proteins and antibodies to it, is the newest and, unfortunately, is not being used in clinical and rehabilitation practice. But can significantly expand understanding of the mechanisms of neurodegeneration and to make recommendations for the prevention of chronic neurogenic symptoms in conditions of stress-induced cardiac function and blood circulation, leading to metabolic disorders in the brain, and inhibition of the development of the individual. On the basis of a comprehensive study to develop a fast algorithm for the analysis of effective natural neuro- and cardioprotectors that can be used in the food industry.

Using experimental models of disorders of the central nervous system (CNS) in conditions of limited oxygen supply and stressors on laboratory animals (which are adequate to the pathogenesis of human) and the use of clinical material (blood plasma, cerebrospinal fluid) will be determined by changes in the dynamics of the development of cognitive deficits, learning and memory processes distribution neurospecific proteins in various brain regions and blood plasma under conditions of cardiomyopathy, ischemia and adverse action of environmental factors (anthropogenic and psychogenic stress) which lead to disruption of blood flow and a decrease in CNS software. It will be provided biochemical assessment of the nature and relation of molecular and functional CNS disorders. Biochemical rationale for the effectiveness of the use of natural antioxidants, energy tonics and various nanotechnology products as adaptogens CNS. Already design and estimate documentation and created prototypes.
