CRYSTALS FOR FUNCTIONAL ELECTRONICS
Purpose of the development:
The results of studies and obtained single crystals are used to create experimental models of functional electronics.
Recommended application field:
Instrument based on crystals of active dielectrics (acousto-optics, electro-optics).
Advantages over analogues:
The main advantage of research in this area of domestic and foreign counterparts is a combination of varying the synthesis parameters and possibilities of complex research allows to link the physical properties of the peculiarities of the structure, growth conditions and technological processing of the obtained materials.

Description of the development:
() The object of research is the process of occurrence of defect states in crystals for optoelectronics, electrical and optical phenomena in disordered and partially nanophase materials based on active dielectric compounds. Management properties of crystals of active dielectrics by creating artificial defect states contributes to obtaining materials with desired properties, stimulates the creation of effective environments with stable parameters for modern electronics.
