The object of research is the process of occurrence of defect states in crystals for optoelectronics, electrical and optical phenomena in disordered and partially nanophase materials based on active dielectric compounds. Management properties of crystals of active dielectrics by creating artificial defect states contributes to obtaining materials with desired properties, stimulates the creation of effective environments with stable parameters for modern electronics.
