LED FIXTURE WITH HEAT PIPE AND VOLUMETRIC LED MODULES
Purpose of the development:
Development refers to lighting technology, in particular for lighting devices that are used to illuminate the premises.
Recommended application field:
Energy efficient lighting of residential and public buildings (libraries, halls, schools, preschool institutions, etc.).
Advantages over analogues:
Analogues in the world are absent. By removing heat via the frame of the heat pipes power LED modules and their emitted light output increased by 2-3 times compared with the use of LED lamps direct replacement that allows 2-3 times to reduce the number of chandeliers, needed for indoor lighting. The proposed model allows to disperse powerful light sources in space and to increase the uniformity of dispersion of a powerful luminous flux.

Technical and economic effect:
With the same light output power consumption (120 W) locust bean chandelier 5 to 10 times less than when using luster filament (600-1200 W) lamps.
Description of the development:
() Osvetilnoe LED device comprises a frame and bearing elements fixed to it the heat pipes, each of which has a heating zone, transport zone and a cooling zone. each heating zone of the heat pipe is placed below the transport zone. Heat pipes have a first fold within the transportation zone. Within the transport zone bent heat pipe is made of the second bend, the cooling area of each heat pipe is directed upwards from the second bend. Instead bulbs in the chandelier uses Volumetric LED modules with light scattering around 360 degrees.
A sketch design documentation, operating model made chandeliers. The developer is looking for partners in order to establish industrial production of energy-efficient lighting fixtures and chandeliers on the basis of heat pipes and LED modules volumetric structure.
