Ukrainian Institute proposes to develop and create a domestic system for remote monitoring of the combat capability of the armed forces. This system is a special equipment in which the integrated medical sensors (pressure sensor, a body temperature sensor, heart rate, oxygen level sensor in the blood, EEG sensor, an ECG sensor), sensors external impact and environmental parameters (sensor background radiation, the analyzer chemical warfare agents, gyrometers, temperature sensor, photo sensor, anemometer, the analyzer of biological substances), means the tactical situation and the location (location sensor, transmitter parameters collected, radio photo / video data). They transmit information to a remote computer. On the remote computer, this information is processed, and the result of treatment is to assess the condition of a fighter on the criterion of "battle-worthy / neboesposobeny".
