TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCTION OF STRUCTURAL STEEL WITH OBTAIN HIGHLY LOADED PARTS


Recommended application field: Getting blanks for critical parts of machinery (including oversized gears with internal gears).

Advantages over analogues: The developed technologies and established production allow to recycle waste of structural steels, reduce the consumption of chromium, nickel, molybdenum and vanadium, and saves material costs.

Description of the development:

Designed and developed principles and recycling technologies and highly complex-chromium-nickel and nickel chromium molybdenum vanadium steel. Production of highly loaded parts with improved surface hardness characteristics of parts and working surfaces of the core, different production and use in the design, technology and production of new approaches to recycling steel, based on thermal management - the timing and crystallization centers providing composition (with a minimum dolegirovanii) as well as the provision of casting properties close or equal to the rental or forgings. - Hardness of working surfaces of parts - 900 HV; - Core hardness -> 35 HRC; - Viscosity -> 40 J / m2; the resulting cast steel hardening steel 20hN4MFYu analogue 25CrAl2 Ni5 MV (USA). Mode of production of large gears of said steel does not exist.
