- Layer hardness, HRC - 70-74 MPa;
- Tvёrdostoykost layer - at least - 3000 thermal cycles;
- Adhesion to the base - 100%;
- Wear resistance of the surface protective layer with respect to the untreated surface, in the above 2.0-2.5;
- Layer roughness, Ra - 4,0 m.
Details of the cylinder group to the developed coating material superior to uncoated parts in heat resistance (3 times). The main technical and economic indicators of the developed technology correspond to the best foreign models, "Suzuki" and "Yamaha" Japan.
