HEAT DRAINAGE SYSTEMS ON THE BASIS OF THE USE OF LOW-TEMPERATURE POWER STATIONS WASTE WATER AND INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES


Purpose of the development: To use the waste heat of heat energy and industrial water, geothermal water in the thermal reclamation of agricultural land and produce very early production of berries, vegetables and flowers.

Recommended application field: Agriculture - production early berry, vegetable and flower farm production in the open and protected ground; the system of technical water supply of thermal and nuclear power plants, industrial plants, geothermal natural waters.

Technical characteristic: The evidence base for the effectiveness of the proposed system teplomeliorativnoy obtained through the development of mathematical models of heat transfer in the soil, and run on the basis of their numerical calculations, as well as performances of field studies in real environmental conditions Rivne region. We used the water with a temperature of 18-25 degrees, which corresponds to the temperature regime of waste warm waters of the Khmelnytsky NPP. Heating was performed in a 100 mm diameter pipeline during March-April-May-shells sleeves, length 20 m, 5 pieces which are placed in the area of 1 m width and 20 m length. Advantages over analogues: Compared with greenhouse farming, which uses high-potential heat obtained by burning fossil fuels (natural gas, coal, etc.) offered by the heat reclamation system uses the waste heat of warm water available to a large number of thermal and nuclear power plants, industrial plants, as well as natural geothermal water. Technical and economic effect: The technology allows (in the climatic conditions of the Rivne region on waste heat circulating water Rivne and Khmelnitsky nuclear power plant) obtain crops of berries and green vegetables for 30-40 days earlier than with open ground, cooling circulating water in the spring of 2-3 degrees and create better conditions for work of cooling devices (reservoirs, gradiren) main technological cycle.

Heat reclamation system is based on the transmission technology with a thin layer of warm water on the soil surface using a special network-sealed envelopes sleeves and transfer thermal energy from the water in the environment stay (stay) plants. Temperatures of water that is not less than 18-20 degrees, enough to keep the top layer of the soil and the surface layer of air temperature around 14-15 degrees at night and cloudy days in spring and cultivation (forcing) of vegetable and fruit crops.
