Purpose of the development: To determine the defects of industrial equipment using methods of statistical processing of non-stationary vibration and acoustic vibrations Recommended for vibration diagnostics of the internal combustion engine.

Recommended application field: Recommended for vibration diagnostics of the internal combustion engine. Mechanical engineering, instrumentation, aerospace, shipbuilding, utilities.

Technical characteristic: - providing a continuous 16-bit data acquisition on USB-2 interface; - four-channel architecture with an analog-digital converter, - switch, incoming buffer amplifiers and filters; - possibility to establish the sensitivity of software for each of the channels; - the frequency conversion analog-digital converter is programmable from 1 MHz to 10 MHz; - multi-mode synchronization start data collection; - vibration feeders - Piezoelectric accelerometers AVS117 type PZT-based piezoelectric ceramics 83g (lead zirconate titanate) with the natural resonant frequency of not less than 100 kHz; - supply voltage of 220 V; - current consumption does not exceed 250 mA.

Advantages over analogues: The device ensures the implementation of multi-dimensional vector and measuring vibration acceleration, which enables operational control of the vibration diagnostic system in the process of vibration diagnostic studies and improve their accuracy.

A block diagram of the new portable vibration diagnostic system "PULSE" with controlled frequency response and electrical circuit of its individual elements. Mobile system PULSE provides selection and processing of vibration signals of rotating machinery, detects and prevents accidents on turbogenerators oil pumping stations, drilling equipment, for the diagnosis of rotating bodies, motors, gas pumping units, gantry cranes, power generating plants (high-voltage transformers as well), and others.
