EARLY VIBRATION DIAGNOSTICS OF THE MECHANICAL SYSTEMS ROTATING UNITS
Purpose of the development:
The system is designed to detect and prevent emergencies on turbine generators, oil pumping stations, drilling rigs for vibration diagnostics of electric motors, gas pumping units, gantry cranes, power generating plants.
Recommended application field:
Turbine generators, oil pumping stations, drilling rigs, gas pumping units, power-generating units
Technical characteristic:
- the number of input channels - 3 (16);
- sampling frequency - 400 kHz (max);
- band input signal frequencies - 25 kHz;
- the mass of the indicator device 1,8 kg
- maximum USB bus bandwidth - no more than 500 Kslov / s.
- input range of ± 10 V; In ± 2,5; ± 0,625 V; ± 0,156 V;
- common mode voltage ± 10 V;
- conversion time - 2.5 ms;
- input resistance at single-channel input - not less than 1 MW;
- battery 12 V AC mains of 220 V.
Advantages over analogues:
The mobile system is based on the methodology of the analysis of stochastic fluctuations with modern elements of microelectronics and software.
