VIBRATION DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM "VECTOR"
Purpose of the development:
The system is designed for the selection and processing of multidimensional signals of rotating machinery for the purpose of detection and prevention of emergency situations on turbine generators, oil pumping stations, drilling equipment, for the diagnosis of bodies of revolution, motors, etc.
Recommended application field:
The system is designed for use on turbine generators, oil pumping stations, drilling equipment, for the diagnosis of bodies of revolution, motors, etc.
Technical characteristic:
- the number of input channels - 8;
- sampling frequency - 400 kHz (max);
- band input signal frequencies - 25 kHz;
- maximum USB bus bandwidth - no more than 500 Kslov / s.
- input range of ± 10 V; In ± 2,5; ± 0,625 V; ± 0,156 V;
- common mode voltage ± 10 V;
- conversion time - 2.5 ms;
- input resistance at single-channel input - not less than 1 MW;
- battery 12 V AC mains of 220 V.
Advantages over analogues:
- it allows you to simultaneously measure the vibrations at many points along the three axes (axial, horizontal and vertical)
- by using paraphase lines of reception and transmission, minimizing the impact of possible signals from the powerful jamming equipment allows the operator to work at a considerable distance from the object;
- allows to detect defects in rotating machinery in the early stages of origin, using common analysis of deterministic and random components of the vibration signals obtained from different recording channels;
- uses the methods of statistical estimation of probability characteristics of vibration signals periodically based on the theory of non-stationary processes, it allows to determine the depth of modulation available in the signal and measure the remaining service life continuous operation mechanisms.

Ready for application
Description of the development:
() The system allows the use of electronic single- and three-dimensional (vector) sensors and acceleration DV1-70 DV3-70 based sensor ADXL001-70 company Analog Devices, acceleration sensors of the company Bruel & Kjaer. It has a synchronization channel (necessary, for example, for balancing shafts or finding the defect locations), microphone inputs for measuring the intensity of noise in industrial premises (industrial sanitation) and to determine the locations of liquids leaks from underground piping.
