INHIBIT PIGMENTS FOR COLORS COATINGS BASED ON ION MODIFIED NANOPOROUS ZEOLITES


Purpose of the development: Improved corrosion protection properties of paint primers, are used for protection of steel and aluminum alloys against atmospheric corrosion. Replacement of expensive and toxic imported inhibit pigment in paint and varnish materials for domestic.

Recommended application field: Modification of alkyd, epoxy, polyurethane primer paints, used for corrosion protection of vehicles, construction of metal structures and equipment of various industries in the atmospheric conditions.

Advantages over analogues: Well dispersed, are environmentally friendly, have high protective properties. It can form the synergistic compositions with zinc phosphate pigments. A high ion-exchange capacity and effective interaction with the polymer binding due to the presence of up to 50% of the nanopores in the pigment. Protective effect pigments appears at the onset of corrosion under film. Affordable and cheap raw materials.

Highly anticorrosive pigments based on natural nanoporous zeolite modified by ion exchange, with up to 5 wt.% Of zinc cations, calcium and other elements, the particle size of 5-10 microns. They have the best rheological properties and easily aligned with the paint binders.
