Purpose of the development: The materials are designed to protect different types of surfaces (concrete, metal, brick, wood, etc.) from the action of aggressive environmental and technological factors.

Recommended application field: Infrastructure construction.

Technical characteristic: Coatings "SM-UR-2": - coating adhesion to concrete - 22 MPa; - abrasion coefficient - 0.002 g / cm2; - water, oil, gasoline, light, biological stability, chemical resistance, wear resistance; - coating thickness - 150-200 microns: the necessary hardness, strength, resistance to degraded factors; reduction in concrete wear more than 600 times. Clay "SM-UR-1": - the adhesive strength by tensile strength at normal isolation (steel-steel): fully curing - 30-35 MPa; after exposure to water for 30 days - 29-32 MPa; - cohesive strength for the tensile strength - 39-42 MPa; - the adhesive strength of the coating to the concrete 19-22 MPa; - heat resistance - 205-250 ° C; - projected lifespan - 10-15 years.

The polyurethane materials of various modifications are almost ideal for the protection of buildings, facilities and structures from destruction under the influence of aggressive environmental and technological factors. On the basis of the same model is produced water, oil, gasoline, light, bio- and chemical-resistant adhesive "SM-UR-1", as well as resistant to the action of degraded factors and wear-resistant coatings "SM-UR-2".
