DOMESTIC SHUNTING TRACTOR BASED ON WHEELED TRACTORS WITH THE COMBINED "PNEUMATIC RAIL" COURSE


Purpose of the development: Shunting tractor based on the combined wheel tractor "pneumatic rail" course is designed for transportation service on rail to a course of production facilities with limited cargo traffic while maintaining the ability to work as a tractor on the road transport.

Recommended application field: Potential consumers of the developed tractors are the enterprises of metallurgy, mechanical engineering, construction, energy, agriculture, mining, chemical industry, sea and river ports, warehouses, elevators, small and medium enterprises in various fields. A very effective is the use of shunting tractor in combination with crane equipment for loading and unloading, pulling, rearrangement and sorting of wagons.

Technical characteristic: A feature of shunting tractors on the combined "pneumatic rail" course is: - the ability to develop a large enough traction that completely provides maintenance of production facilities with traffic volumes to 35-50 cars per day; - the ability to move on the roads of the enterprise, and quickly move on the course of rail operations for shunting wagons with. It accelerates the shunting work, provides the flexibility of transport services, as well as allows them to perform conventional transport functions as a wheel tractor.

Advantages over analogues: The main advantage of the shunting tractor is that the weight of 13.2 tons and installed engine power it is able to develop a rail mounted driving force for moving the band wagon in an amount of 6-8 units on slopes up to 8 ‰, while maintaining the ability to work as a tractor on road transport.

The development stage readiness: Tested experimental exploitation order

Technical and economic effect: The expected annual economic effect of the shunting tractor up to 200-250 thousand UAH in year. The main part of the economic effect is achieved through energy saving (fuel saving per machine is 20 - 35 tons per year).

Description of the development:

Created on the basis of wheeled tractor HTZ-150K-09 to implement energy-efficient transport technology and is used in place of high-power diesel locomotives to reduce business costs for transport services.
