The technological process uses a combination of modifying microarc obrabrtkoy and wear-resistant surface coating materials. Allows to generate on the details of tribological nodes axial piston pump high-oxide-ceramic coating with the depth of the modified layer of 90-140 microns, sufficient for subsequent machining with lapping. In implementing the developed solution provides increased durability friction pairings and increase the durability of hydraulic tribological nodes in 1.5-1.6 times. - Capacity - 28-120 cc. / Vol; - Working pressure - 40 MPa; - Weight - 18-360 kg; - Power - 184 kW; - Process temperature - 520-540 degrees C; - Exposure time - 4 hours; - The depth of the modified layer - 300-350 microns; - Surface microhardness - (24-30) in 10 cc. MPa; - The critical temperature boundary friction of steel parts - 140-200 degrees C. Corresponds to the best world standards: (Germany, Sauer), and on a number of parameters exceeds the technical level: the temperature of the process, the depth of the modified layer and the surface microhardness. The technological process is environmentally friendly: in its conduct does not occur emissions.
