Technical characteristic: Characterized by small size, reliability and simplicity of design, ease of regeneration, high cleaning efficiency (96-99%), high dust retention capacity (about 10 kg / m3), low pressure drop (500 Pa). The filter is designed as a cylindrical body, which is placed inside the nozzle of the fluffy textured yarns, fixed to the upper ends of the stationary grating and the movable bottom. Filtration lattice squeezed filaments, forming a thick filter layer, passing through which gas or liquid cleaned of impurities. The upper part is provided with a filter regenerating mechanism that enables nozzle cleaning as well as the lower lattice fixation at a predetermined level during filtration. Accumulated dust filaments in the villi in the dust falls through the gap located between the rows of elongated filaments in the string. The purified compressed thread bars, and the cycle repeats.
