MULTIBLADE HIGH-PERFORMANCE TOOL WITH LOW VIBRO ACTIVITY


Purpose of the development: Multiblade high performance tools reduced vibration activity are designed for high-performance processing of a wide range of engineering production of parts on planes milling operations, shaped, molded and jagged holes, cutting internal and external threads, etc.

Recommended application field: The most appropriate use of multiblade tools with improved properties on machine tools, machining centers, flexible production units, as well as in all cases, the blade machining of hard materials.

Technical characteristic: Developed multiple tip tools (cutters, core drills, reamers, gear-cutting and thread-cutting tools) with improved cutting properties have the following characteristics: - made with alternating patterns in a certain geometric and structural parameters related consecutive cutting elements (teeth, combs), providing woodcore directly during multiblade cutting - tool group reduced vibration activity; - made with structural elements of industrial equipment, giving the system higher vibration tool, regardless of the structure and geometry of the cutting - group vibration-proof tools; - an increase in stability during processing, a decrease in the intensity of forced and self-oscillation, increase strength and durability of the cutting part.

Advantages over analogues: - processing performance is increased 2 - 3 times (maximum cutting speed of 150 m / min and above); - improving the quality of the treated surface, you can use the blade tools for high-performance processing; - increases the reliability and durability of instruments in 3 - 3.5 times compared with the standard prototypes; - can be used as the material the cutting part of modern hard alloys, mineral ceramics and composites with limited cutting properties under conditions of cyclic loading.
