Purpose of the development: Reducing pollution by residual agrochemicals, as well as the technological aspects of recycling industrial and household waste in the processes of high-encapsulation of synthetic fertilizers.

Recommended application field: Agriculture (venture for the production and consumption of mineral fertilizers for the production of organic food companies, agricultural holdings).

Advantages over analogues: The high rate of assimilation by plants of mineral nutrients; no analogues on the market; implementation requires significant investment; reducing the dose and frequency of application fertilizers.

Encapsulation of fertilizer is applied to the surface of the shell granules (capsule), which slows down the process of transition of power elements in the soil environment. The outer shell on the surface of granules formed based on polystyrene waste release element adjusts the intensity of mineral nutrition of plants. The composition of natural polysaccharides (starch, lignin) includes the adjustable sheath which promote biological degradation of polystyrene under the influence of soil microorganisms. Application of high industrial and household waste to create a film-forming composition reduces the cost of encapsulated fertilizers and making them more accessible to a wider / s applications. Economic efficiency and safety of encapsulated fertilizer is confirmed by field studies.
