MATHEMATICAL MODELING AND COMPUTER STUDY OF THE REGULATION OF BLOOD CIRCULATION


Purpose of the development: A computer model of the heart, hemodynamics and transport of substances into cells designed for: - actions under the crisis state of the patient planning; - improve the accuracy of diagnostic tests; - increase the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions in specialized medical institutions.

Recommended application field: Leading institutions of Ministry of Health of Ukraine, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

Advantages over analogues: The proposed model operates in real time. Built mathematical-computer model of the human cardiovascular system and blood circulation as a whole: - spiral model of the heart; - hemodynamic model network of branched vessels; - network behavior model muscle microvessel under normal and pathological conditions, blood circulation; - studied the conditions of oxygen supply in case of damage of muscle microvessel networks; - the results obtained on a cellular automaton model, compared with the data of pathological studies.

System based on software development modeling of hemodynamics and biomechanics of the human cardiovascular system for the diagnosis of diseases, education and improvement of professional skill of doctors. Study of regulatory mechanisms for oxygen transport - in normal and heart failure. The study of the interaction mechanisms of regulation of the circulatory system and dynamic network of regulatory mechanisms of muscle microvessels. Creating a simulation and training complex "heart-vessels-capillaries" for the study and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
