The development is designed to automate the process of production pelleting.

Description of the development:
() chocolate sprayer allows to deliver the melted chocolate on the biscuits and jelly beans that are in open containers. Feeding chocolate to the spray pump is carried out through the thermally insulated sleeve. To maintain the desired temperature of the chocolate mass nebulizer equipped heating chamber of warm water circulation. Spraying is carried out through a needle valve with a pre-cleaned and heated air. Feed necessary quantity of chocolate mass is controlled by a microprocessor control system. Flexible hinge allows the sprayer to install it directly inside the drum Dragee in the desired position.
