Purpose of the development: It is intended to ensure the effective functioning of the educational process in higher educational institutions of Ukraine.

Recommended application field: It is used for the development of distance learning courses in social statistics and probability theory. The system was tested in the faculties - cybernetics - sociology, - psychology. VITAVA system and its content can be embedded in the higher educational institutions of Ukraine.

Distance learning courses, which accompanies the tutor (assistant teacher) suitable for: - teamwork; - individual work. Students have the opportunity to: - communicate with each other; - join in the group; - direct support and feedback from the teacher.
