Purpose of the development: Ukrainian University developed distillers different designs and performance for the production of cognac and fruit alcohol, as well as alcohol and natural dyes from secondary products of the wine industry.

Recommended application field: Plants for production of cognac and fruit alcohol, and alcohol recycled wine production can be used in large enterprises brandy production, as well as in small farms.

Advantages over analogues: - more simple design, simple to manufacture; - low materials plants compared to existing structures; - research has shown that the quality eaux obtained in proposed settings, considerably higher compared to existing installations; - practically no analogues in the world of the proposed facilities.

Technical and economic effect: The possibility of obtaining alcohol, and natural dye from recycled wine production significantly increases the profitability of production, the company provides its own auxiliary materials, expanding the range of products makes it possible to create a waste-free production, and hence increases the competitiveness of the enterprise.

New column design, and reflux refrigerator, is a single unit, simplify design, reduce overall dimensions and metal machine. At the same time a simple distillation method allows regulation of alcohol production quality and high strength per distillation. For data analysis it can be noted that alcohol samples obtained at the proposed apparatus have more furfural, terpene alcohols and etil caprylate, that is characterized by the best indicators of the composition as compared with known data known apparatuses.
