- it eliminates the need to restructure the session hall through advanced wireless networks and personal computers like Tablet devices for voting; - portability and ease of operation of Deputies Councils; Identification and registration of deputies of tablet computers; - electronic document management; - carrying out the voting in different modes; - displays the progress and results of registration and voting on the placards of the Presidium of the monitors and tablet computers voting control with the administrator's workstation; - logging of all procedural actions in real-time; - automatic switching to the backup server in case the primary server fails.
